Final Year Project Days are OVER!

man i think final year project days are like one of the most enjoyable part of my poly life, my labmates were awesome
jimmy, kuhan, tong sheng and facebook king tong yam and the french exchange students were a blast (u can see them in my pics on facebook though =))

August is like a mini holiday although i've got one exam paper before my 3 months attachment starting on 7 sept

4 months coming and this past 4 months are really one of the best periods of my life

looking forward to my 21st birthday although its still like 2 months away

okay i'm dead serious about shedding the extra pounds and running faster

wed, went to test out some audiophiles earphones and headphones, supposed share a bundle with my friend get something cheap for a spare earphone, in the end bought an alessandro/grado music series 2 headphones which came with a semi hard-case, a mini amp and afew adapters

hi hi everyone, may just went past me like a lightning bolt

well well well, school life has been really monotonous, everyday clock in at 8.30am, wait for 10am break, after break, wait for 12 noon break, after break go back lab wait for 3pm break, after that wait in the lab for 6pm, clock out, rush home or meet ma babe

but i'm really fortunate to meet a whole bunch of french exchange students in my lab, they are pretty hospitable and friendly even though sometimes we dont understand each other when in conversation, their apartment is pretty huge, you know whats the best of all, I don't have to slang or fake an accent cos thats totally not cool to fake it

my new french friends will be here till august, and its been awesome

okay I'm writing a whole load of irrlevalent stuffs

I need to go on diet apparently, my coach advised me to cut back on carbo intake
I'm 74kgs, pretty heavy hur

may 22 was one month, babe baked cookies which was wonderful =)

final year project week one down, been really shag having to sit in the lab from 8.30am-6pm on mon-thurs, 8.30am-5.30pm of fridays

monday: caught after school, caught a movie with sweets, lynn and cherie
tues: went for sharing group with sweets & lynn
wed: skipped track after school to meet sweets, luke and lynn, dinner at gardens, sent sweets back, hanged out with her and pop the question if we could get into a relationship
she agreed and this is the happiest day of my life
thursday: took her out to bliss
fri: went for shaun lim's grandma wake

so yea life's pretty awesome for me

I got a feel good feeling about how 2009 is going to turn out for me,

i might be elected into the youth council exco,
i got one last semester of school which might probably be my last term of studies
i'll be going into army (I've got mixed feelings about this)
i hope i can bring a difference to my work in church, i know i got a pretty crude vocab and a hot temper to deal with, i shall leave it up to the one above

i totally love my not so new hair-do

one swirl and the weeks over, Malacca was quite good, did everything is $250, bus tickets, hotel, food, shopping, a haircut, transport, feet massages and secret recipe!

had cigars that sucked
A&W curly fries and root beer float *yum yum
accidentally consumed cough syrup, beer and smoked cigar simultaneously and throwing up was consequential

the last night one of the food we ate, either the satay or the crab shell wasnt thoroughly cleaned , the next day me mark and amanda vomited in the morning, me mark and ben had fever, and some had the watery poo syndrome.
only nic and camilla didnt fall ill at all

worked this week which means i can look forward to some extra money soon

gotta save up for my new zealand holiday, mum's kinda 21st present to me

I've regretted on doing so many things in the past few years back when i was your age, thinking if i had done this if i had done that, thinking things wouldnt be this way, thinking things might be better, thinking I would have been down a different road, regrets are just a waste of life, why not think what that ya gonna do to change or improve the life you're building on?

I fuck up my sec 2 streaming to get into the last class of express, I've fuck up sec 3 and went to normal, i fuck up my O levels and went to some course which isnt even in my interest, i fuck up my modules in poly to get an extra semster, I fuck up so many chances i had in life, friendships relationship, my various interests and some of my goals and passions.

I might appear or sound concieted and aloof but actually deep down I'm just down to earth kinda guy who's pretty happy go lucky
yes i had my regrets but I've learned to put it be my stride and ride on with life. i may not be a highest achiever but at least I'm contented with what I've got for now

4 more Exam papers to sit for, need to study like mad and some help from god will be awesome

my grandma had quite a serious fall today, thank god her injuries required stitches and not broken bones which would be a much worst scenario, accompanied her all the way to a 24hr clinic with my 3rd uncle and cousin who drove us there

the doctor sewn about 30 stitches all over her wounds, i seriously felt like crying as i somehow felt the pain my grandma had to go through for all the stitches

after everything was done in the clinic, brought her home, heat up some soup and rice for her to eat as she was hungry, was tricky talking to her with my half-choppy teochew, alot of words have to think damn hard to recall the teochew phrases (ah ma ler phai nou tio ker theoi lao gun, ler gai yeor jig zhek tio jiak xi phai, wa ka ler tim xeor ler gai theng)

clear the trashbin, talk to her somemore, brought her to her room after eating
by then it was 2am

it's been so long since i was so close to my grandma, gotta remind her to take her medicine to heal the wounds

I'm really glad that i was there for Grandma today, and i saw god in her

here's a question: if one day u're a grandparent, who will come 1st? your own mother?, or your own grandchild?

well today had athletics training, i felt that my self esteem was really low in athletics in a way that i felt that I'm not a good enough runner

it was pretty good except for the long hours in school

I've gotten my new mountain bike frame, feels really awesome, not that my previous frame suck but this new bike really put a huge smile on my face, every cent from the bike is my hard earn money from part-time and savings from my pocket which makes it even sweeter

christmas was nothing special this year, acoustic night was awesome and a success, thank you everyone who contributed $$$ to share the food and thank you all who came and enjoyed the evening of thanksgiving, thanks to those who went up stage to perform at least there was a constant stream of music flowing throughout the night

my weekend was awesome

saturday was BBQ night and chocolate fondue night
saturday: met mark luke and paul and nic to buy the stuffs for the bbq,
bought live crabs, prawns etc...
had to kill the crab and clean it up for the bbq

maintained my composure to the max when one uncle taunted me in church,
i went to tell him to keep his volume down as he was blabbering for 1hour non stop ever since we arrived to the bbq site in church, frigging irritating, he dared me to beat him up, threatened in tamil that he will stab me (cos solomon understood tamil), said alot of shit challenged my faith somemore, i so wanted to beat him to pulps deep inside but i controlled myself up till the extent that my heart was racing

bbq started, dirtied my hands with afew others to set up all the fire in the pits, this kinda dirty work few will wanna lay hands on, but everyone wants to eat who doesnt haha
the crab was awesome, and i felt bad for luke as he didnt even ate any food, next time just tag along with my plate sure got food one

fondue was next, no need to elaborate la, ITS CHOCOLATE FONDUE hah

after that went to meet darren, denis, gab pat and some montfort days buddies
gab was a gonner when i arrived, the rest were still pretty sober

had ivp, ran 400m hurdles, 1st time I ran a full 400m hurdles race
came in 71 secs

facilitated the confirmation camp, was pretty good, everything went by smoothly,
was frigging tired cos of the race, dozed off almost anywhere
was nicknamed sleepyhead

gonna jam with my band MF soon cos might be performing

on my 1st day of selling Anna sui cosmetics the lady customers were like asking me what is this product for, i was like : I dont really know Miss cos I'm not the one selling these cosmetics actually,
the worst are those cheena piang who ask me for the products in chinese, I simply told them in english that i dont understand what they are saying

the trip was freaking good, many things happened
I was cursing and swearing in all the coasters and theme park rides.
we fucking felt some supernatural experiences. gab pat saw some spirits
the mist was frigging thick, walk 2m in front of me and i wont be able to see u.
gabriel pat ate aspirin but didnt knew he was allergic to that, ended up his eyelids swell into damn frigging big eye bags, imagine oprah.
I puke on the last morning like more 10 times cos of the boozing, dustbins, toilet bowls, restaurant floors weren't spared by my puke.
the malls in KL can really give orchard road a run for their money
an inter-milan original jersey cost only $RM35 which is about SGD$14.60.

last year at a mountain bike race, I won a first aid kit, sounds funny but ya I won some 1st aid hahaha, wasnt paying attention also,

Track&Field Trainings are like 4times a week (Mondays,Wednesdays,Fridays & Saturdays) now that the IVP competition is coming in october, I feel discourage at times that I dont run as well as I wanted to be, will try my best, my friends call me horse but I feel like a slow pony on the track

HAHA I'm back, the past few have been doing alot of studies for the exams, just finished a paper today, I'm totally thankful that God has been with me throughout this few days.

Didn't lose any sleep even though I felt and was under so much pressure, visited the blessed sacrament on tuesday to do some reflections and to ask God for the strength to see me through the week

Almost studied alone yesterday untill my classmate called me and I join them to study at the school's library, intensive mugging from 1.30pm till 8.30pm and my classmates (Enoch, Hui Kang, Wen bin, Addison) were all taking turns to grill me with the revision, formulas, analyzing the various circuits.

today before the exams, again the same thing, went to the library to study and revise...

4pm exams start, and all the mugging paid off

I'm Glad that God has been with me throughout this week, will like to thank all who hae helped me again =)

Hello!

I'm so pissed with NYP at the moment, I went to school today to sit for one of my lab test for this particular module (Electronic test & measurement) they allowed me to register for that module which I've kinda taken before as th code was different I didn't suspect anything was amiss when i registered it at the beginning of this semester

to my horror I was told by my lecturer that I've been struck of the namelist and that I don't need to take that module, which means I've wasted my time waking up early all sem to attend this lesson which will not be counted into my GPA grade...

OMG I'm so pissed

by the way if ya hate studying maths, pls don't ever go into any engineering courses cos it (the maths) will kill u there and then

on the other note, I may be getting a BMX bike for fun to play around on top of the current mountain bike that i own
